BoxBeetle operates a courier facilitation service through BoxBeetle.com. Customers ship items to a designated BoxBeetle intake address using a unique account number. BoxBeetle receives packages, processes them, and coordinates final-mile delivery through authorized delivery partners.
Customers must create a BoxBeetle account, activate it via email, and use the assigned BoxBeetle U.S. address and account number.
Customers must ensure correct name, account number, invoices, declared values, and contact information.
BoxBeetle verifies customer name, account number, and tracking number.
Packages are accepted in the condition delivered by the merchant or carrier.
Risk of loss transfers to the Final-Mile Delivery Partner upon physical handover. Transfer shall be evidenced by timestamped transfer records, scan confirmation, physical manifest documentation, or partner custody acknowledgment.
Delivery to the partner's designated pickup location.
Home or doorstep delivery may incur additional fees.
Address changes after processing may incur fees and delays.
Such items may be shipped via ocean freight through Get It Ship Shipping Services. Customers acknowledge longer transit times, additional fees, and variable delivery timelines.
Customers agree to provide accurate invoices and declared values, pay all fees, ensure accessibility for delivery, and comply with all import laws of the destination country.
The partner assumes full responsibility upon transfer.
BoxBeetle's insurance applies only after the partner's insurance is exhausted.
Only if BoxBeetle received the package, no transfer record exists, and the partner cannot prove custody.
Each package includes a mandatory $1.01 insurance fee, covering total loss only, for a declared value up to $50. Customers may purchase higher coverage tiers to suit the value of their items:
If a customer requests a tier above the basic $1.01 level, the fee must be paid immediately before the item is transferred to the Final-Mile Delivery Partner. If a higher tier is not requested and paid for prior to physical transfer, the customer waives the right to claim any value above the default $50, and the coverage level cannot be upgraded retroactively.
All insurance fees (mandatory and supplemental) are strictly non-refundable once paid.
Coverage applies to total loss only. Coverage does not apply to partial loss, partial damage, cosmetic damage, internal damage, manufacturer defects, or functionality issues.

If BoxBeetle has no intake record, BoxBeetle bears no liability.
Prohibited items include firearms, ammunition, explosives, narcotics, cash, perishables, live animals, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, and items prohibited by U.S. export or destination-country import laws.
BoxBeetle is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, seizures, rejections, or additional duties or taxes.

$1.00 per cubic foot per day after day 14.
30 days. After that, packages may be returned at customer expense or disposed of as abandoned.
All fees must be paid in full.
There are no refunds on any fees, including service fees and insurance premiums.
Supplemental insurance tiers must be paid in full prior to the package being transferred to the Final-Mile Delivery Partner.
Amounts due will be communicated only through official WhatsApp (+1 (954) 444-0451), Email ([email protected]), or Authorized Final-Mile Delivery Representatives.
Maximum liability is $1,000 per package, regardless of declared value, invoice amount, or shipment contents, provided the corresponding insurance tier was paid. No coverage for partial damage, broken items, electronics not functioning, poor packaging, or consequential damages.
BoxBeetle shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control, including weather, natural disasters, government actions, or carrier delays.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
