Standard Air Cargo: Most destinations ship twice per week, and BoxBeetle makes every reasonable effort to process and dispatch all packages as quickly as possible. Final delivery timelines depend on the cargo airline and the Final-Mile Delivery Company responsible for completing delivery in the destination country. Once packages have been transferred to the cargo carrier or the Final-Mile Delivery Company, BoxBeetle is not responsible for delays, routing changes, or extended delivery times outside of our control.
Ocean Freight Shipments: Large, oversized, or heavy items that require ocean freight will be shipped through our partnering company, Get It Ship (GIS). Ocean freight shipments depart once per week and may take up to two weeks to commence transit depending on vessel schedules and cargo consolidation. Transit times for ocean freight are significantly longer than standard air cargo and may vary based on vessel availability, customs processing, and port conditions. BoxBeetle will contact the Customer directly if any item must be moved to ocean freight so the Customer is fully aware of the change before shipment.
Delivery Responsibility: BoxBeetle will continue to monitor shipments and make every effort to support timely delivery, but final delivery speed is determined by the receiving carrier.
